The restaurant is noticed. I asked the host for a table in the far corner. Thankfully, she gave us a table with a clear view of the table Karma was sitting at. Jake and I ordered food and a s**t load of drinks. It is killing me to see Karma smiling at Mile. I wanted to know what they were talking about. So, I told Jake to text Dell, letting him know he was going to call and to keep the phone on so we could hear what was being said.
“Dude, you need to relax”, Jake said.
“I am relaxed”, I said, taking the old-fashioned from the waitress.
Because we are in a restaurant, I didn’t want to put Jakes' phone on speaker. So, I had him connect his ear pods. Jake gave me one and took the other. We listene
