“How the hell did you find this place?” Elizabeth was still stunned by the location Sawyer had decided on for their latest stop.
The place was supposed to be a 'hidden gem in the Bavarian countryside only forty minutes outside of Leipzig with stunning views of the Auensee lake and only a five minute walk from a scenic forest hiking trail' but they arrived late in the evening to find an abandoned bunch of decaying shacks.
They decided it was too late to find another option, and it would be better to just stay in the field that separated the former accommodation from the ‘scenic forest’ overnight before looking for somewhere that was actually habitable in the morning.
