Ragar stood before me with wrath in his golden and black speckled eyes. I crossed my arms behind my back and stood straight, waiting for him to speak but he didn't. I slowly paced towards him until we were face to face.
"I know part of your anger is due to my absence from your life. I assure you the only option I had was to leave you with your father. If I had birthed you along with Arwen, you would have been executed the very moment you opened your eyes.
"I was constantly being watched and followed, I couldn't risk it. I had to stay away from you in order to protect you. I cannot make up for the missed time, we can only move forwards from here. I here angels are a forgiving and peaceful race, I hope you live up to your creed." I gave him the closest thing I could to a smile
