Chapter Seventy-Two

2117 Words

FIRE It had been a week since I had come up with a plan to get myself and my father and Hera out of here. It wasn't going to be easy, most of all because I needed to be convincing in Seth's eyes and he was being very cautious around me. In fact, he still hadn't transferred me to the rooms in the castle, I was still sleeping in the dungeon and guarded 24/7 by his monsters. I couldn't even go to the bathroom without feeling uncomfortable and exposed and when I told that to Seth, he said that I could use the bathroom in the castle. In some ways, I guessed that was better and it gave me a chance to memorize the path to get out of here. The first time I went to the bathroom in the castle, I almost cried with relief. The guards had handed me a fresh set of clothes and told me I could shower.
