Leon Vedder Angel came to Elisa's room around seven a.m. and yelled, "Where is my breakfast?" He woke us up. "f**k off, Angel..." Elisa mumbled, and then she almost jumped out of bed. "How did the procedure go?" she asked, forgetting her sour mood or cursing at the doctor. Angel laughed, "He is doing well. He is still in recovery, wearing the anesthesia out," Angel said, and I nodded. "So, his heart... how is it?" I asked, and Angel nodded. "We managed to reinforce the arteries with some stents, and the pacemaker will keep him going for a while... Of course, he will have to keep a healthy routine, lower his stress levels, and take some medications regularly to keep everything in order.... We got in there relatively on time to avoid an urgent transplant," he said, and I nodded.
