"Okay." I whisper and step out of the car. With every step I take towards the pack house my body gets heavier, my heart gets heavier. And my palm gets clammy with nerves.
"Let's go." Luna says and guides me in with her hand on my back. I stop when I am just at the entrance of the pack house.
"Please remind me why I am here again." I say to both of them.
"Just stay by his side long enough for him to wake up." The alpha says when he glances my way over his shoulders.
"Why?" I am not entirely sure why I am here to see Ben. I mean I could have talked to him another time. So why the urgency?
"He is weak because he has not seen, or been with you all this while. You just have to stay by him long enough for him to wake up." Alpha Piers says. Okay, then. I really have no choice now,
