A gush of shadows jumped out of the box, swallowing Dahlia. She felt like a block of ice had just hit and drenched her, before washing over her. She was completely disoriented, with no concept of space or time, like floating in a void. It took her a second to even remember to breathe. Had Athena tricked them? Had she released something horrible on her friends and herself? Slowly, she managed to calm down and compose herself to analyze her surroundings.
