Cooper James stops me when I try to go after Rae. "Let her have some alone time. I'm sure she needs it," he says. "Hasn't she had enough alone time? She was in a cell for hours. She needs me," I say. "If she needs someone, she will let us know. Just give her space," he tells me. I sit down, because it isn't like I can go against him in his own home. I don't want to get kicked out of here and risk upsetting her more. I will sit here and be available when she's ready. I feel her feelings filtering through me. Anger, sadness, embarrassment, but there's something there that is bugging me. My wolf claims these to be suicidal feelings. This can't be what I think it is, can it? "Jamie, I finally got a hold of Victoria. She and her husband are on their way. We should call Rae down," she says.
