Giovanni brought me back to the USA at the Venezia mansion where Matteo and Luciana were sitting in the living room with a cup of coffee in their hands Both of them were looking exhausted and worried When Luciana and Matteo saw me in Giovanni's arm they came running to me and pulled me in for a hug.
" Oh, God! Thank God, you are alright. We were so worried about you, sweetheart." Luciana said hugging me tight with tears in her eyes. She pulled back to see me when her gaze went to my neck and her eyes widened in shock. She looked at my neck and then glared at Giovanni while Matteo just gave me a gentle nod in a greeting manner then glared at his son who was standing beside me with an angry expression on his face and a gun in his hand.
