"It feels like just yesterday that we got ourselves enrolled" Sybil says and I just nod.
We are about to leave The Superno in a few minutes because we are done with our schooling. I did not like the place that much but I only felt sane when I had Delilah's company.
She even spoiled my favorite place for me. Sitting there under the tree got a lot lonelier after she left. The last time I spoke to her was the video call where we danced while looking at each other.
I had to cut it short when I heard her dad's voice. Damn that man has a base in his voice. I can only imagine how it sounds when he commands.
