Delilah's POV
I run to the tree and grab my phone while dad pulls me back with a force. The tree fell down and into the lake, releasing an insane amount of smoke. All the pack members are gathered around and I look at my mom who is still in shock.
Gigi is just standing there. Eyes on the tree trunk that is still half in the water and its edges still anchored to its roots. I look around to see if the silver haired lady is still here but I don't see her.
But I saw pure hatred in her eyes. Something so evil that even supernatural races couldn't embrace. Being supernatural also comes with a hell lot of grudges, wars and evil. What I saw with her, was like her life goal is to destroy my mom.
