Maddox's POV
"Now who is this Nathan lad?" Edgar asks, grabbing all our attention and I remind myself that he doesn't know everything. He knows about hunter's families but whatever happened between Nathan and the girls, he has no idea.
"Johnny's son" I whisper and he nods.
"My fiance" Ophelia says, looking at her phone with a frown again and I wonder how unhappy she must be feeling right now. All the past experiences were just too traumatic for her.
"Wow. Match made in Hell" Edgar smiles at Ophelia and it is evident that she is just trying her best to not blow up at him. But then again, it's Edgar! Even if she wants to lash out, he would still keep her in place.
