“Esther? Why did you kidnap me?!” Celestia shouted in shock, her voice filled with fear and confusion.
Esther rushed to her side and quickly covered Celestia’s mouth with her hand.
“Shhh! I didn’t kidnap you,” she whispered. “I’m here to help you.”
Esther started unlocking the chains around Celestia’s wrists. Her hands moved fast, eyes alert.
“I was out patrolling when I saw them take you away,” she said. “I followed them quietly and used magic to hide myself. I waited until it was safe to come in. I couldn't even tell Kieran and just followed you,” she added.
Celestia’s eyes filled with tears.
“I’m sorry I doubted you,” she whispered.
Esther gave her a soft look.
“It’s okay. Now come on, we don’t have much time,” she said.
