She stared at me, her heart beat picking up a little.
"Why?" she asked softly, but she did not look uncomfortable.
"So I can devour you all night long."
Her eyes narrowed.
I chuckled. "No reason, my love. Your presence makes me feel good, is all."
"So like... we'll sleep in the same bed?"
"Mhm, that's what I had in mind. I understand if you say no. Although I promise not to do anything you wouldn't like."
Her cheeks flushed a little, before she shrugged.
"Okay. I guess I'll trust you. Just for tonight, though. This isn't an everyday thing."
I frowned. "Hmm, the way I remember it, I told you you'd have to dance for me every night, didn't I?"
