Fallen
Her legs were wobbly as she got up from her chair after the speeches were done and she had the shock of her life. She couldn’t believe Triam did that. Her heart was still pounding in her chest from the way he just declared that she was his mate. She never thought he would do something like that. Not in front of people and her father. The day had been difficult for her. She didn’t need him to do this as well. But she loved it none the less. Fallen was still shocked.
He claimed her. It felt so good to have him say that. She looked over at him and her heart skipped a beat when she found him looking at her.
Oh s**t, she thought her entire body quaking. She stumbled a little and braced her hand on the chair. Wen rushed to her and took her hand.
