Fallen
They moved like the wind, chilling the air. Fallen froze as he watched the vampires move around without seeing anything.
“Stand back,” her father said, staring at his vampires. She could tell that he was communicating with them silently. They moved like a swarm of bees around them fighting an invisible foe. Her fairy father came to her and stood in front of her, his arm coming around her. She could feel how tense and worried he was. Fallen tried her best to remain calm. But she could feel whatever it was meant to take her. She couldn’t exactly see them, but she could feel them there. They were coming for her. She gripped her father’s shirt as fear filled her.
