After the unpleasant bout of jealousy, Steff and I leave the building where the office is. Obviously, I have a big smile on my face.
"You're lucky, it's clear he adores you." Steff's words seem a bit unreal. Until I hear them from his lips, my heart won't believe them.
"He hasn't admitted his feelings yet, but I feel like I'm becoming very important to him. At least he's no longer stubborn about the age difference."
We both let out a playful giggle. I missed Steff a lot. I drive back to my mother's office to drop her off. My husband asked me to wear a nice dress. Apparently, we're going on a date. Thinking about it makes me blush with excitement.
"I'll talk to Franco today. Don't worry, sister-in-law. Everything will be fine." I see the excitement in her eyes when I call her that
