Noah groaned and slowly opened his eyes, droplets of water dripping down his face. Noah looked around him; the place was dim and only powered by one small kerosene lamp. "N-Nox?" he whispered in a low voice. He was scared and couldn't remember much of what happened after drinking the wine. Noah began to panic. He tried to stand up, but he was tied on the post with silver chains that stopped him from transforming into his wolf, as silver was one of few things that can weaken or injure a wolf. "Noah? Is that you?" someone called him. "Y-Yes! It's me. I'm here," Noah whispered his reply as he felt parched. His senses were dull, but he saw a glimpse of a person in front of him.
