It was when I was standing in front of a familiar building and in unfamiliar surroundings did the tears fell.
"Bastard," I cursed as tears fell freely down my cheeks. I was reminded that I would never be able to see him or touch him. I wouldn't wake up to his smiling face. That he would forever be a sacred memory for me and that's all he would ever be.
I clutched my heart when a gut-searing pain hit me. It felt like someone was painfully squeezing my soul to death.
