“Here you go,” I said as I handed Mom the softbound report. I was smiling at her from ear to ear.
It was Wednesday afternoon and I have finished doing the task Mom told me to do. I could say that I was proud of it. Very proud. I was actually done with it last night and had asked Aaron to check. He obliged and made time to go over the papers this morning. The good thing was he didn’t have any meetings but he could have been signing documents or reading his emails. We have an upcoming unscheduled trip; he should have been busy, right? Anyway, he made time to discuss the report with me, corrected a few minor things, and suggested ways on how to present the information.
