Ella spent the last three months helping her family in the countryside. They haven’t been expressive before and there’s a certain amount of distance between her family members. That is, in terms of communication. She tried to remedy that when she showed up. She kept on talking and talking, asking them questions. Thankfully, they weren’t very annoyed. They willingly spoke to her, answered her leading questions, and after a couple of weeks… talking has become a norm in the house. Even her younger siblings like asking questions. It would seem her parents aren’t very comfortable with it, but they were trying their best.
She admits that some things are difficult to explain to young kids but she and her siblings are older now. Both her brother and sister are teens already.
