Emily POV
‘Daddy, did you tell Cindy?’ I asked hesitantly, though I doubted she would care.
‘She knows, but she is with Charlette. She is not interested in the alpha’s other daughter.’ He said sadly as he looked at me with love.
‘Oh, um, that is okay, Dad. I know she never loved me; I am not surprised she is not interested.’ I looked at my father with loving eyes. I knew he could do nothing about the situation and put up with it the best he could. Dad enjoyed his children and let Cindy and Charlette do as they wanted. Dad could not wait to give the alpha title over to his sons. He could spend more time here with his grandchildren and bring his sons here to visit when he could. The boys enjoyed their time here and would not be surprised if they would also like one day to retire here.
