Chapter 7 I shuffled back into the living room, barely awake. Fay was at my computer, her hair hanging over one side of her face, her legs folded under her, and her fingers racing over the keyboard. She’d been on there for an hour. I hadn’t even checked my e-mail yet. I also had some new ideas I wanted to write down, and everything was done on this computer she wouldn’t let me have. “So, what do you want to do today?” I looked over her shoulder at the screen. She was on Tumblr. “It’s not so cold outside, so—” “Hold on,” she said, raising her hand. “I just need to post this.” I tried not to let my impatience show and walked back to the couch.
