I stared at the screen of my phone as it stopped ringing and I let out a tired sigh. It's the third day since I brought my mother here. She's woken up twice. The first time was on Monday late at noon, and she asked for food, and I had called for the nursing assistant assigned to her.
She was given the go to eat after the nurse spoke with the doctor, and she went back to sleep after eating. The second time was yesterday. She ate, asked to pee, and then we spoke for a few minutes.
