Isabella’s house came into view. Ethan was standing outside waiting for me. Getting off the cab, I said a quick hello and we both entered the house. “Where is she?” I asked him.
“In her room. She has been resting and is in better health,” Ethan answered, and I nodded.
“How is she doing mentally?” I asked.
“Better, Niall has been a great help. He was with her all along the procedure. The kid has impressed me. I guess there are also good people, unlike that bastard,” Ethan expressed. He must have been thinking about his friend all along.
