It was a mess . . . a tremendous one. I forgot how Evan’s family could be achingly annoying. I underestimated them. I thought they would be here for an hour or two, max, till Damon comes and meets them, but neither Damon is arriving nor do they have any plans for leaving.
My grandparents have settled themselves in the master bedroom. My aunts and uncles from my dad's side are enjoying the luxury of the bar and it is just f*****g ten in the morning.
