“Rogue holdings on pack lands. If a rogue has an established home before a pack claimed the land or establishes a border in the area, they are entitled to continue living in the area as their own sovereign nation. If the rogue has been cast out, violated a law, or has made themselves known to the human world, their holdings on said property are forfeit and nil.” I took a breath, my brain almost fried.
