Melody’s POV I pulled the angel food cake from the oven, the oven mitt on my left hand having snagged on the ring. The cake was slightly deflated, the humidity having affected it like I suspected, but it would still be a decent cake. I let it set upside down on a cooling rack to finish it off, planning on making seven minute frosting for it. “It’s time.” Teddy came in then, having more than likely straightened out the office. The time on the kitchen clock read one twenty six, time to set the plan into motion. I took off the oven mitts and sighed a little, my stomach roiling again. “I hope to the Goddess that this works.” I said as I straitened my skirt, and began to redo the buttons on my shirt, noticing I was one off.
