Amaris’ POV I was watching the sunrise as the people of the North Territory continued cleaning the mess. The wind smells like blood. The grass is painted red. Even if I was able to stop the war from igniting, there were still people who died. One of them was Eve. We found her not far away from the palace, covered with blood, and had broken ribs and neck. It was all King Fernan’s fault. He killed his own wife, thinking his son would grow weak. “I guess it’s over,” Judy whispered beside me.
