The Queen had ordered both side of the Werewolves pack to stand down and end the war that was going on for many days. Most Wolf packs had kneeled to her and submit to her command.
But, there were some who disobeyed her words and continued hunting for Nikolai. Those were the ones from Regalia and Purple Mountain Wolf pack. Each had their own purpose in wanting Nikolai to face death.
He was nowhere to be found since the fall down the cliff. The war had nevertheless continued after that fall, which then causing hundreds of Werewolves’ death.
All for the reason that the Queen could have avoided. But, she had chosen not to.
Perhaps, she was wrong.
The Queen had named Devon Knight as the interim King of Werewolves after the death of Vlad Wulfgard, Nikolai’s late father. D
