I sat on the couch in the hospital suite room. Exhaling my breath heavily, I then sat back with my eyes closed. How did it all happened? I could not believe I was under a spell for five years.
“Hey brother, how are you feeling?” it was my sister’s voice I heard. She sat next to me and held my hand gently.
Blinking my eyes open slowly, I looked at her sweet and concerned face. If it was not for her helping me to break the spell, I would have go on with the charade that Helen had played me.
I smiled at my sister and held her hand tightly, “You need to get some rest. You too, Alister. If it was not for both of you, I would be in the dark for longer than I could imagine. I hope it will be over soon and I could get back to the life that I had lost for five years”
