“What are you doing here? This is not a place for your kind to enter” Philip said in anger and stood blocking my way towards Nikolai. They were looking at each other and I knew any time now someone would land his fist to the other man’s face.
“Nikolai, I can explain” I looked at Nikolai’s face with his eyes turning shades of yellow and I know soon it would be reddish as a sign he was going to turn to his Wolf side.
It was a Hospital, I could not let that happen, especially when my parents were in the next room.
Nikolai offered his hand for me to take. He did not have to say it but I knew he wanted me to choose. I wanted to go to him as I wanted so much for tonight to end. It was exhausting and I was already missing my son. I was tired.
