Nikolai was out of control and it was embarrassing. I did not want to make Philip’s mother, Flora uncomfortable. So, I had gestured for Nikolai to follow me out of the private room to have our little chat.
Outside, he tried to hold my hand but I took steps back. For some reason I could not explain to him, I felt that I needed some space from him. “What are you doing here, Nikolai?”
“What am I doing here? I’m your boyfriend. I should be asking you what you are doing here with your ex-fiancé and his mother” he said with gritted teeth and punched a wall next to him.
I gasped as it was a hard punch. He was looking angry and I wanted him gone.
