Damon's POV
"Are you her father?" I ask again while growling, I don't like being ignored. Instead of answering Alexi just looks at my mate who has cried herself to sleep in his lap. Oh, my poor little mate.
"I heard you the first time boy," Alexi says while moving Emily off his lap and standing up.
"Then why didn't you answer my question bloodsucker," I growl clenching my fists.
"Because there are some things she doesn't need to know," Alexi says crossing his arms.
"So you are her father." I nod still very angry.
"By choice, yeah sure. By blood, no." Alexi says looking at Emily lovingly and I really want to rip his eye
