When Fiero and Immerline appeared, they were behind a store. Immerline suddenly felt like the world was spinning, and her knees felt weak. She almost fell, but Fiero caught her, holding her in his arms.
“I’m sorry. It was your first time shadow travelling, and I forgot to warn you about the effects,” he said, worried about her.
Fiero looked around for something to sit on and saw a wooden bench not too far from them.
“Come, let’s sit first,” he said.
But since Immerline’s knees were so weak from the effects of shadow travelling, she couldn’t take a step forward. Fiero then swooped her up, carrying her bridal style towards the bench.
Fiero then set her down on the bench and crouched down in front of her.
“I’ll get you some water, stay here,” he told her, and then he rushed towards th
