Immerline was still in a daze after what Fiero did before leaving, when she was pulled out of her thoughts because of the knocking on her door.

Bubbles spoke, and then Immerline took a deep breath before walking towards her door. She then unlocked it and pulled it open.
“Why are you still awake?”
Oona asked as soon as Immerline opened.
“I was about to sleep when you knocked,” Immerline answered.
Oona looked at her intently, and then her eyes cautiously scanned Immerline’s room. She was sure she heard voices when she was walking closer to her room, but now, no one was in the room except Immerline.
