I sigh as I lean back on my chair. It’s been two weeks since we came back from Florida. I was supposed to have a meeting with Alexander Redmond when I got back from Florida, but he called to postpone it. He said that something important came up, but the meeting is now for Friday. I look at my phone for the hundredth time. I have been waiting for Tara to call me. Jeda and her went to go see Doctor Pryce. My office door opens and I know it’s my handsome fiancé.
“Nothing yet?" Xander asked as he walked in the office. He’s as worried as I am.
“No, not yet” I said looking at him. He walks in with a cup and places it in front of me with a smile.
“Hot chocolate?” I asked and he nods.
“With whipped cream and chocolate drizzle” he said and I smile wide.
“Thank you my love” I smi
