After contemplating hearing William's conversation with himself that Lilith overheard for several days, she told Bear about it.
His first thought was for them to stay out of it. That is until he heard from Denver that Irlene was taking care of William more than a housekeeper should. He and Lilith knew if she told Betty that, Betty would say that the woman was jealous and wanted William for herself.
Lilith is standing down the hall looking at Bear, knocking on Betty's door. It doesn't take long for the door to open because Betty is waiting for William to come to get her. They are leaving today for Willow Creek Falls.
He takes a deep breath as he walks into the room and points to the bag on the bed. "Before you leave, hear me out." Bear looks at her, concerned.
"Okay," Betty exhales
