"Ok, class, we are dismissed for the weekend and I want everyone to go over their words independently no help from mummy or daddy unless you really can't remember," I say to my students standing in front of the class.
"Yes miss," they shout in unison. I feel so please that they are learning and improving on schedule. The little strategy of pushing them to be more independent even at this tender age makes my students eager to learn or produce results to gain a reward.
"Get your bags and let me walk you out I say standing in front of my baby in the call Charlotte.
"Miss Mingo, I will miss you Charlotte says and I look down at her. "Aww sweetie I will miss you too honey," I get down to her level hugging her as she stands to her feet.
