I turned to Charlie, my heart pounding in my chest. "We have to go, Charlie. We can't risk Grandpa finding out we were snooping around." Charlie's eyes darted back to the door, where we had heard Grandpa's voice. "But aren’t you curious to find out who the woman he’s talking to?" I shook my head. "I don't care. This place is getting too eerie for me. I don't want to be here anymore." Charlie sighed reluctantly but then nodded in agreement. "Okay, let's get out of here." As we made our way towards the door, we could still hear Grandpa's voice from the other room. He seemed to be trying to calm the woman he’s talking to. "Who do you think he's talking to?"
