Claire Victor and I were training at the gym for a couple of hours now. After running ten miles on the treadmill, he instructed me to a hundred reps of push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and everything in between. I was good at sports and I was used to the hard training before an important match but Victor was a ruthless coach and kept pressuring me to do more. Though he was doing the same exercises as me, he didn't seem strained at all. By the time I finished another cycle of HIIT I was exhausted by the gruesome workout.
