As much as I want to stay out of Ethan’s problems with Drew, I find myself plotting and planning for them to get together and talk again. I need to find a way to get them together so they can’t storm off when the conversation gets too tense or one of them gets mad. Nothing is going to get solved if they keep stopping when the going gets tough. They need to hatch it out and move on.
With the help of my mother, we manage to think something up and I’m honestly worried because her plan seems a lot like kidnapping. I’ve been held against my will once. It’s not fun. Ethan can possibly hate me for doing this to him and Drew could break up with my mother, but it’s a risk we have to take. Hopefully, they see that what we’re doing is coming from a place of love.
After work on Monday, I tell Ethan
