“He’s easy to talk to”
I stated after Sid left us.
“Yes, he does. You really asked him to take me back in the company?”
“Yeah, because I am resigning”
“You are?! Why?!”
He’s really worried and his reaction is hilarious that’s why I laughed.
“I just thought that it’s the best for us. It would be obnoxious that Sid and I keep on working together knowing that he has feelings for me and at the same time we are back together”
“You don’t have to do that. I told you that I will find another opportunity. You don’t really have to give up your job”
“I know but I don’t want that to be an issue for us in the future. I don’t want it to be the cause of some misunderstanding of us and I don’t want to keep you overthinking”
He smiled and that makes me feel at eased that he does
