Evander had just arrived in the new country. His commander had said he would be picked up by a staff member from the client he would be assigned to. So, at the airport, he looked for the person who was supposed to meet him. But after thirty minutes of waiting, there was still no sign of them. Meanwhile, he couldn't use his phone yet.
