"Stop it! Let her go!" Evander cried from behind the barred window.
The doctor turned, startled and confused.
"She's conscious! Let her go, please, Doctor!" Evander pleaded desperately.
"But, Sir..."
"Please, Doctor! I beg you!" Evander said again. He then turned his attention to Elena. "Elena, can you hear me? Darling?" Evander spoke, looking into her eyes, convinced that the woman was now awake.
Everyone in the room fell silent, watching Elena, awaiting her reaction.
Elena remained still amidst her tears, gazing at Evander.
"Please, I want to search for Noah with you, Captain!" she said, sobbing uncontrollably.
Evander exhaled in relief, tears streaming down his face. He nodded.
"Yes, my darling, we'll find our child together! Come with me!"
Evander then broke down in sobs.
