AURORA'S POV
The morning came early as I rolled on the uncomfortable floor, wondering if I would ever get a bed in this dreadful kingdom.
I took a shower and wore my usual maid uniform. I didn’t bother to look in the mirror because I knew my reflection was gone.
I instinctively held my diamond pendant and felt a cooling sensation almost immediately.
Lidia walked in with a smile on her face. She had a sack slung over her shoulder and her usual outfit on.
“Good morning,” she said as she handed me some boots, shirt and leather pants.
“Good morning to you too. I assume you had a great time last night.” I took the boots and leather pants.
I glanced at the outfit and assumed we had a new task.
