Speaking to the seer only made me more confused, but she did answer most of my questions. The reason why I am getting tired so quickly is that I am pregnant. Niamh explained that my baby is taking some of my energy, but I won't feel weary once I've given birth, even if the battle lasts for twenty-four hours. The seer shared her vision of what the world would look like if Valentine captured me, and it's not pretty. All the vampires are able to walk during the day and will never need blood again. It's sort of like good news but more of bad news. I thought they would never need blood, so there's no reason to hunt humans, but I was wrong. In fact, I am very wrong because they will turn every human being on this planet into one of them.
