Not believing it was possible since he hadn’t marked her, Elijah lied to himself as he rubbed her body furiously to get warmth and blood flowing. Her breathing shallow as she continued to tremble, Elijah was sure he would have jumped out of the car if it wasn’t for seeing the castle in his peripheral.
