❀ Clark ❀ The park wasn’t all that busy for a late afternoon on a Friday. It was nice, and the sun was still warm, despite the cool breeze. Eva held onto my hand while we walked, and I listened to her every word while I kept my eye on our surroundings. Amy was close, but she was slightly behind us. I glanced over my shoulder, and I couldn’t stop myself from smiling. The look on her face was delightful and full of wonder.
