He sat watching Marilyn as she laid it all out for Calvin. It was pretty much what he was expecting of her as well. He saw Liam frown at her multiple times; that man had no idea what she was going to say in this room, he realised.
He knew it was Marilyn’s request to have Calvin brought here, and he now wondered if she just wanted to hurt Calvin as much as he had hurt her. It was entirely possible. He couldn’t tell how much of what he was seeing was an act to put Calvin in his place, or to provoke Calvin into an angry outburst.
She was, however, standing there with full security back up, so likely she was trying to get him to lash out at her. If she could get that from him here today, it would give her an absolute reason to have the charges previously dropped, reinstated along with
